Considered growth for brands operating across Asia and beyond.
Integrated marketing and media strategy for companies that need to move at the pace of the region - without losing rigor along the way.
Across the region, growth breaks in three familiar ways.
Strategy that leaves when the engagement ends. A playbook that doesn't survive the market it lands in. A media plan bolted onto a brand deck after the fact.
The pattern recognition that only comes from working every level: local execution, regional strategy, global models.
Loom Growth Co. The connective tissue.
Loom Growth Co. is an integrated marketing, media and strategy practice built for brands, agencies, and platforms navigating complex regional ecosystems. We provide senior-level leadership that embeds directly into your team - bringing deep expertise, clarity, and momentum right where you need it most.
Your embedded strategic capacity Our ExpertiseWhat we work on
Navigating complex regional growth requires more than disconnected tactics. We weave strategy, communications, and capability into a single cohesive engine - carrying through from core brand positioning down to market execution.
- Global-to-Local Translation: Architecting frameworks that preserve brand integrity while driving deep APAC relevance, closing the gap between regional hubs and local market execution.
- Investment & Measurement Modeling: Standardizing metrics across media and finance to prioritize long-term marketing effectiveness over short-term sales spikes and cheap impressions.
- Strategic Partnerships: Structuring platform partnerships, content collaborations, and cultural alliances so they feed your core growth engine rather than operating in silos.
- Multichannel Ecosystems: Designing connected communications strategies that bridge channels to drive measurable behavioral shifts.
- Brand & Cultural Toolkits: Grounded in deep cultural insights, building audience-first playbooks and platform-native guidelines that bring your brand alive in culture.
- Cross-Team Alignment: Streamlining internal planning rhythms and aligning cross-functional teams around shared platform best practices and connected growth infrastructure.
- Practical Media Craft: Translating global capability priorities into clear regional frameworks, playbooks, and cross-functional standards that stick.
- Market Alignment: Acting as the strategic bridge between regional leadership and local practitioners to dismantle operational silos and accelerate execution.
- Commercial Impact: Connecting media capability directly to client business challenges, enterprise pitch wins, and organic growth priorities.
- Innovation & AI Pilots: Spearheading the rollout of emerging tech and AI tools - ensuring they drive real commercial value over shiny-object hype.
Who we partner
The same three areas, applied at very different scales. What changes is the constraint.
Emerging Businesses and Scale-Ups
Small budgets leave no room for guesswork. The work is deciding what not to do: one audience worth winning, one or two channels that pull their weight.
Enterprise Brands and Advertisers
In-house teams that own the P&L and inherit the agency roster. The job is making the two agree - a media model finance can audit, and channel roles agencies can deliver.
Agencies
Consulting to sharpen strategic delivery, not to compete for the account. Strategy product, planning frameworks, and planners upskilled to hold the room.
Platforms
Partner strategy, market education, and turning platform capability into something a brand marketer can plan against. Backed by fifteen years partnering with big tech giants down to agile data pioneers.
Loom Growth Co. · Singapore
Hello, I am Miloni.
I've spent 15+ years building and executing integrated marketing and media strategy for some of the world's most recognized brands - from Unilever's global beauty portfolio to Shiseido's growth across APAC.
I bring a rare dual perspective: brand-side commercial strategy, leading integrated media and digital marketing at Unilever, paired with agency-side cross-channel orchestration across WPP, Dentsu, and Omnicom. The bulk of my career has been shaped across high-stakes, consumer-driven categories - the disciplined frameworks of CPG giants, the consumer dynamics of luxury beauty brands, and the regulated rigors of healthcare. That cross-sector depth and an unyielding focus on effectiveness permanently shape how I approach growth.
Along the way that's meant hands-on execution in India and Vietnam, regional strategy across Southeast and North Asia, and global orchestration reaching from Singapore to Brazil and Turkey.
Loom Growth Co. is what that experience adds up to - an independent strategy practice built around driving marketing's commercial effectiveness for brands operating across Asia and beyond.
In an industry built on silos, I have always operated as the connective tissue.
Over my career, I saw the same friction repeating itself everywhere. Global frameworks get handed down, but local teams struggle to execute them or adapt them for the market. Tech stacks scale faster than human empathy. Agencies and platforms often speak entirely different languages. And modern marketing has only fragmented further, with disciplines pulling in opposite directions.
Compounding it all is a capability gap: agency and partner ecosystems routinely hold more than the brief ever asks of them, leaving massive potential locked away in uncoordinated teams.
I founded Loom Growth Co. to help brands and businesses bridge those gaps. Whether I'm institutionalizing overarching GTM media models across markets and complex cultural ecosystems, or closing capability loops by upskilling brand and agency teams, the mandate remains the same: turning fragmented disciplines into synchronized engines for growth.
Human thinking. Lasting growth.
True integration takes more than just connecting tech platforms. The best marketing decisions aren't made by algorithms; they are made by people who understand both the data and the human underneath it.
That belief dictates how I work.
Engagement models
Different problems call for different levels of involvement - from a monthly sounding board to three or four days a week inside the team. What changes is the touch, the cadence, and who I'm actually working with.
Periodic strategic input for leadership. Monthly sessions with as-needed access between them - a senior second opinion on media models, GTM decisions and agency dynamics. You're buying judgement and accountability, not output.
- Touch
- Leadership-facing
- Cadence
- Monthly, plus as-needed
- Output
- Counsel, not deliverables
- Best for
- Emerging businesses and scale-ups
A specific challenge with a clear start, end point and set of deliverables - brand launches, market entry plans, campaign architecture, capability builds. Scoped and priced up front, so there's no ambiguity about what lands or when.
- Touch
- Defined workstream
- Cadence
- Typically 4 to 12 weeks
- Output
- Named deliverables
- Best for
- A launch or decision with a deadline
Part-time embedded leadership - an extension of the team for months at a time, closest to a fractional Head of Media or Growth. In the standups and on the agency calls: strategic direction and hands-on execution, week in, week out.
- Touch
- Fully embedded in the team
- Cadence
- 3–4 days a week, for months
- Output
- Leadership and execution
- Best for
- A senior seat you need filled now
Recurring senior capacity for a team that already has the seat filled but needs strategic input on tap - work reviews, briefs, planning cycles, escalations. Where Advisory is a sounding board for the leader, this is a defined allocation for the team.
- Touch
- Team-facing
- Cadence
- Set days each month
- Output
- Reviews, briefs, frameworks
- Best for
- In-house teams needing senior backup
